Disputes would be preceded by formulation of an opinion which will inform the process to unfold. This will include examination of evidence / documents, regulatory framework in terms of relevant statutes and or company policies. The necessary preparatory work would be informed by the nature of instructions from client to be executed such as bringing a matter to court or relevant tribunal. Alternatively having to interrogate and prepare policies and opinions on the prospects of success.
